Unlike traditional day programs, our approach is person-centered and purpose-driven. We work one-on-one with each individual to identify their interests, career goals, and unique support needs. From there, we build a tailored employment plan that includes job exploration, skill-building, and direct placement support — all designed to ensure long-term success in the workplace.

What We Provide:

Individualized career discovery and planning
Job development, placement, and on-the-job training
One-on-one or group job coaching
Support with communication, social skills, and workplace expectations
Transportation training and route planning
Gradual reduction of support as independence grows
